Grant Grove

This was another stop on the road trip. We went seeking large trees. In one day, we went from too-hot desert to a snowstorm and no chains for the car.

Just this morning, we were in the desert where I was having a difficult time with the heat.	I included my car in the picture for scale.	This is me standing next to what used to be a tree.		These photos don't really show the size of these trees.
We had the area pretty much to ourselves. No one else is going to go to Grant Grove in the middle of winter.
